the staff ARE friendly. Albi at reception was very helpful and GAVE restaurant recommendations. I found the location VERY convenient, only minutes from the train station. We walked to a popular steak restaurant called Sabatini NEARBY.
the bed wasnt very comfortable. It was like two single beds pushed together. The room COULD use some new decor, it looked a little bare.

i stayed in a triple room it was lovely the air conditioning worked wonderfully i appreciated that after long days exploring. the breakfast included a nice variety of options including pastries and fresh coffee. the location near the train station made arrival and departure very easy i found it so convenient. they offered complimentary luggage storage it allowed me to explore without my bags.
the bathroom fixtures showed slight signs of wear. the shower pressure was a bit inconsistent at times it was only a minor inconvenience.

the staff greeted me with warmth and efficiency. they were ready to assist with directions and recommendations it. their assistance with luggage storage after checkout allowed a carefree final day.

I found the staff particularly engaging. They were helpful and informative. they offered much good advice that greatly enhanced my visit. the hotel's cleanliness was also quite amazing, something i always appreciate.

The location was certainly close to the train station, just as advertised.
The room reeked of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room. It seems previous guests ignored that rule and no one bothered to properly clean afterwards. The noise levels were also quite high. I could hear every conversation and footstep from the hallway. Sleep was elusive..

the room reminded me of the 80s (not in a good way). the furniture was old with paint coming off. the floor looked dirty, and there were no extra pillows. i could also hear people next door and in the hallways.

The clerk showed gentle wit and great service. I asked about coffee, and he offered tea instead with care. Our room had a cozy feel, and breakfast included many options. The location was so close to both the train and major sites, a sweet convenience.
The room had a slight dated feel. The decor seemed older.

The breakfast offered a good variety. There WERE croissants, ham, salami, cheese, oranges, bananas, hard boiled egg, toast, coffee and juice. The location was certainly convenient. It was a short walk from the railway station. Staff members were helpful with directions around the city.
The thermostat was hard to control. It was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. The furniture seemed dated. Paint was coming off some pieces. The curtains looked old and did not block light WELL.
